One of the major challenges of lecturers is the assessment of a student's contributions to group works. The goal of this bachelor's thesis is the identification and development of metrics to measure and assess a student's contributions to teamworks. Moreover, a tool should be implemented that enables an automated measurement of a student's performance based on the identified metrics. Finally, the developed tool should be evaluated based on real world data obtained from a programming course at the University of Innsbruck.
